Miami University's Summer REU Program in Ecology and Environmental Science focuses on "The Ecology of Human-Dominated Landscapes." The program is funded by a grant received from The National Science Foundation and by Miami University. Twelve undergraduate students will be selected to conduct individual research projects with faculty mentors. The program's research will involve faculty from the Departments of Botany, Geology, Geography, Mathematics & Statistics, Microbiology, Zoology and the School of Interdisciplinary Studies. Eligibility To be eligible, students must be enrolled in any U.S. undergraduate college or university and must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
