About this opportunity

Summer research internships for up to 15 undergraduates are available through the Cooperative Institute for Climate, Ocean, and Ecosystem Studies (CICOES). Interns engage in nine-week research projects under the mentorship and guidance of scientists working for NOAA, USGS, CICOES or other University of Washington departments.Interns receive a stipend of $650 per week, as well as on-campus housing and the cost of travel to and from Seattle.Interns work closely with their mentors, often within the context of a research team, to conduct projects related to the students' specific interests.
