About this opportunity
The AMNH Division of Physical Sciences, in collaboration with the City University of New York (CUNY), is pleased to offer summer research opportunities in Astrophysics and Earth and Planetary Sciences. The program is open to all students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, in any four year undergraduate degree program, who will not have completed a bachelor's degree before September 1 of this year. Successful applicants will receive a stipend of approximately $5,100. In addition, dormitory housing on a nearby university campus, or an equivalent housing stipend, will be provided together with a subsistence allowance. Based on need, travel costs to and from New York City are also covered.
