About this opportunity

The Pre-MSTP Summer Program provides an opportunity for highly motivated and talented undergraduates who come from an educational, cultural or geographic background that is underrepresented in the sciences or have experienced financial hardship as a result of family economic circumstances or have a physical or mental disability that substantially limits one or more major life activities to participate in a 10-week research-focused program. The program is designed for undergrads who are potentially interested in obtaining a combined MD/PhD degree leading to a career in academic medicine focused on basic research relevant to human diseases.
