The RENEW-Midwest program is a 10-week summer research program hosted at the University of Michigan, in partnership with Benedictine University and Black Hills State University. The program aims to help students interested in astronomy follow a path to graduate school and become astronomers. Students from underrepresented minority groups are especially encouraged to apply. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science RENEW-HEP grant and will support up to 3 students.Requirements: Student must be a full-time undergraduate or recent degree recipient majoring in physics or a closely related field.
