The program's mission is to nurture early exposure to top-tier scientific inquiry and amplify interest in scientific careers, with a primary focus on advancing children's health and welfare.The program aims to provide undergraduate students with equitable access to research opportunities by prioritizing qualified students for whom this may be especially challenging, thereby fostering diversity in the scientific community.
