About this opportunity

Participants in this Summer 2024 REU will investigate the evolution, ecology, and conservation of Hawaiʻi’s native land snails. They will employ integrative approaches including high-throughput sequencing, field techniques, and captive rearing experiments. Students will also be involved in developing K-12 science curriculum in partnership with teachers from Hawaii’s public schools.
