Global climate and biodiversity crises call for multidisciplinary conservation that reflects the full diversity of available knowledge, creativity, perspective and experience. The Conservation Leadership Immersion Experience (CLIME) aims to strengthen and diversify conservation leadership by supporting undergraduates to transition successfully to high-impact conservation graduate training and careers through funded training, internships, and sustained mentoring.CLIME has four key elements:1) A two-week, in-person Conservation Leadership Immersion where Scholars form tightly-knit supportive cohorts;2) An 8-week Internship Experience with an excellent mentor to gain experience in collaborative conservation science and action;3) A week-long series of remote Fall Workshops where Scholars share
