About this opportunity
The Computational Physics Student Summer Workshop seeks to bring to the Laboratory a diverse group of graduate and exceptional undergraduate students from across the United States for informative, enriching lectures and to work with Los Alamos staff for 10 weeks on interesting and relevant projects that may culminate in articles or conference presentations.The Workshop includes projects representing a wide range of disciplines in computational multi-physics. In addition to working on their own projects, students skills spanning many different branches of computational science, and how they all work together. Students also have the opportunity to tour unique LANL facilities.Students receive a stipend of $9,000-17,000, depending on academic rank.
